How long does my order get processed?

Most of orders are processed within 3-7 business days and send directly from our manufacture site to Canada Post, additional time may apply for large orders.

 

When should I expect to receive my orders?

All Canada deliveries are made by Canada Post and are delivered between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday, excluding any Canadian general holidays. Saturday deliveries are made between 9:00am and 12:00pm. Deliveries can sometimes be made outside of these hours.

If you are not at home between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday, we recommend arranging delivery to your work address.

 

How much does delivery cost for wholesale customers?

For Whole Sale Customers, shipping cost depends on the overall weight of the order; please contact our customer service at support@teamate.ca for details.
